About Covid Vaccination
Australia’s COVID-19 vaccination program aims to prevent serious illness and death from COVID-19.
Initial supply of COVID-19 vaccines will be limited and so the first doses will go to priority population groups. The Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) has provided advice to Government on these groups. They will be those at high risk of catching COVID-19 or those at high risk of becoming very sick.
More information is available on the When will I get a COVID-19 vaccine page.
