To help reduce no-shows and ensure appointment availability for all patients, we require a $30 booking fee for all new patient appointments.

How the Fee Works:

The $30 fee is fully refunded at the time of your appointment if your consultation is bulk billed.

If you are paying privately, the $30 will be deducted from your total consultation fee.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund of the booking fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or failure to attend, will forfeit the booking fee.

This policy helps ensure our time and appointments are used effectively, especially for patients in need of timely care. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
